Floating Staircase Construction

New basement staircase design that complements the modern interior improvements. Large windows flood the room with natural light, and make the room feel livable and enriching. The floor structure was reconstructed to move the staircase to a more optimal location. The stair construction is a combination of tile landing, steel stringer and supports, and solid oak wood treads. Steel railing and cables compliment this composite design.
